• Where is the wedding being held?

  The wedding ceremony and reception are all at one location. Red Barn, 5786 State Highway 29, Karapiro, 3484

• Is there parking available?

  Yes — there is a large car park onsite at the top of the driveway. Follow signage as you arrive. 

• What time should I arrive?

  Please arrive between 2:35 pm and 3:00 pm to allow time to park and grab a drink. The first toast is at 3 pm.

• Is transport provided?

  Guests will need to arrange their own transport to and from the venue.

• What happens if it rains?

  Our planned celebrations are indoors, so the day will run smoothly regardless of conditions. There will be brief moments of being outside to walk between the ceremony and reception areas.

• Will food and drinks be provided?

  Yes, there will be drinks and canapes on arrival. Followed by a reception dinner, and drinks at the bar into the night. 

• When do I need to submit dietary requirements?

• Are children invited?
  No - unless prearranged with us

• Is the ceremony unplugged?

  A Photographer and Videographer will be present all day. During the ceremony, please keep phones out of sight and on silent. You may take photos during the reception and other parts of the celebrations.
